01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate identity details. Registration on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity details, is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bjia999's responsible gaming tools or through any other gambling operator. Attempting to open a new account while under an active self-exclusion is a serious violation of these terms.

bjia999 takes no responsibility for any losses incurred by a player who has misrepresented their age or identity during registration. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player are not eligible for withdrawal and will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

03 Account Registration

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at bjia999 is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity details on your bjia999 account. Bonus Funds: Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be initiated. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

bjia999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all bjia999 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification. One bonus per player per promotion applies unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. bjia999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by players prior to the modification date, provided the applicable wagering requirements are being pursued in good faith.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bjia999, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful to other users and to the bjia999 platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, submitting fraudulent documents, or misrepresenting any material fact to bjia999 or its payment partners.
• Money Laundering: Using the bjia999 platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bjia999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or using any form of communication to gain information unavailable to other players.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tool to interact with bjia999 games or the platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against a deposit made to bjia999. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts permanently suspended and the disputed amount will be pursued through all available legal channels.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward bjia999 staff or other players via any communication channel.

bjia999 reserves the right to investigate any account or activity that it reasonably suspects may be in violation of these obligations. During any investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds restricted. bjia999's determination following any such investigation is final, subject only to appeal through the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 8.

Confirmed violations of these obligations may result in any or all of the following consequences: immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balance and pending winnings, reporting to relevant financial crime authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property made available through the bjia999 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, visual designs, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — are the exclusive property of bjia999 or its licensors, including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

bjia999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include:

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjia999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the bjia999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling Losses: Financial losses incurred as a result of gameplay on bjia999. All games involve risk, and it is solely your responsibility to determine the level of risk you are comfortable with before placing any wager.

• Unauthorised Account Access: Loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

bjia999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to bjia999 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude bjia999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. These Terms and Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law. bjia999 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform committed to fair play, transparency, and player protection across Bangladesh.
